Welcome to MonexGlobal. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, investment platform, and services. By registering an account and participating in our investment programs, you agree to abide by these terms in full. Please read these Terms carefully as they outline your rights and obligations.

1. Definitions

   • “MonexGlobal”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the company operating this investment platform.

   • “User”, “you”, or “your” refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses our services.

   • “Service” means our online platform and related investment services.

   • “Investment Plans” refer to the structured investment options (3-month, 6-month, 12-month, and 24-month plans) offered on our platform.

2. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering, and any false information may lead to account termination.

3. Account Registration and Security
   Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and immediately notify us of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any breach of these Terms.

4. Investment Services Overview
   MonexGlobal aggregates retail investments and deploys them in various financial markets including precious metals, cryptocurrencies, and forex. Our expert team makes all investment decisions. Users select from one of our available Investment Plans and can deposit funds or withdraw monthly profits in accordance with the plan rules.

5. Investment Plans

   • The platform offers four investment options: 3-month, 6-month, 12-month, and 24-month plans.

   • Each plan provides a maximum monthly profit percentage: 4% for the 3-month plan, 6% for the 6-month plan, 8% for the 12-month plan, and 10% for the 24-month plan.

   • Profits are calculated on a daily basis from the date of deposit, ensuring fairness for users who invest at different times during the month.

   • Once a user’s accrued profit for the month reaches the maximum for their plan, no additional profit will be allocated until the next month.

6. Early Withdrawal Policy
   Users are not allowed to withdraw the principal investment until the end of the plan period. If an early withdrawal is requested, 10% of the principal is deducted, and any profits already withdrawn are also deducted from the amount returned. Moreover, if the total withdrawn profit exceeds the principal, the withdrawal of the principal is not permitted until the plan’s maturity.

7. Risk Disclosure
   Investments in financial markets carry inherent risks, and returns are not guaranteed. Past performance is not indicative of future results. By participating, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks involved.

8. Compliance with Financial Regulations
   MonexGlobal operates in strict compliance with EU and US financial regulations, including AML, KYC, and other related laws. All transactions and user activities are monitored to ensure full regulatory compliance.

9. Sanctions and Restricted Users
   Users found to be subject to EU or US sanctions or included on terrorist financing lists will have their accounts and funds immediately suspended. Such users will be provided a limited period to complete identity verification and withdraw funds. Failure to do so will result in permanent freezing of the funds until further legal resolution.

10. Fees and Charges
    All applicable fees, including transaction fees, withdrawal fees, and any other service-related charges, are clearly outlined on our platform. These fees are subject to periodic review and adjustment based on market conditions.

11. Profit Distribution and Reporting
    Profits from our investment activities are calculated daily and distributed on a monthly basis. Detailed performance reports and profit distribution charts are provided on our website for transparency.

12. Prohibited Conduct
    Users must not engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities on our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, money laundering, market manipulation, or any conduct that violates applicable laws or these Terms.

13. Intellectual Property Rights
    All content, trademarks, and proprietary information on MonexGlobal are owned by us or our licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.

14. Limitation of Liability
    MonexGlobal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have invested, except as otherwise provided by law.

15. Force Majeure
    We shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or regulatory changes.

16. Amendments to Terms
    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdictions in which we operate, particularly adhering to EU and US financial regulations. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or appropriate legal channels.
